Services Crew Leader will be responsible for: Setup of canopy and dance floor Installation of lunar lighting Setup of tables and chairs Takedown of all items Lead Server will be responsible for: Starting 2 hours before dinnertime Setting buffet with serving items Placing linens on tables Setting tables with salt & pepper shakers Setting tables with dinner plate, linen napkin, and silverware Keeping buffet stocked Taking down buffet station Clearing plates and silverware Rinsing and re-racking dishes for pickup Leaving approximately 1 hour after dinner |
