What are your terms for party rentals?
A 30% deposit is required to reserve your items and the remainder is due two weeks
prior to your event. Your order can be changed based on availability
up to two weeks prior to your event. We deliver by area, please call us to arrange
your delivery day.
How long does set-up take?
Set-up time will vary greatly between each event. A large canopy with dance floor,
lighting, and setup of tables & chairs could take up to 6 hours to complete. If
a specific set-up time is required for your event, we can schedule extra people to
meet your needs as part of the express delivery program.
How far ahead should we reserve our
items?
Usually you will want to make reservations six months in advance when planning an event
between the months of May and August. Other times of the year, most people will reserve
two months in advance.
How do I know your items will look good? After all, the items at my event will reflect on me.
We check out inventory three times for problems and defects before you ever see it at
your event. First, the inventory is inspected by the staging crew as it is loaded onto
the truck. It is inspected again by the delivery crew as they set up your event. Finally,
the inventory is inspected a third time by the cleaning crew as they pack it all up
again. Everyone in the company is trained on quality issues to look for because we pride
ourselves on having the best quality rentals in the area.
If something is not to your satisfaction, we will replace it immediately.
