To ensure availability, orders for wedding and party items require a
non-refundable 30% down payment. Items are not reserved without a down payment.

Any orders without a credit card on file will require an additional 30% security
deposit. The security deposit is refundable after the return and inspection of rented items.

Full payment is due two weeks prior to your event on delivered orders.

Items must be returned undamaged, clean and in the same containers in which they were rented.
Canopies set-up by the customer must be kept clean or a cleaning fee will be charged. Loss or damage
of rented items will be the financial responsibility of the customer, resulting in additional
credit card charges or a non-refunding of security deposits. Contact A-1 immediately if there
are any problems with the inventory when received.

Items cannot be deleted from orders less than two weeks before the date of the event. Additional
items may still be added to orders based on availability.

Delivery & pickup fee includes service during normal business hours Monday through Friday. Late
night/early, Saturday and Sunday delivery/pickup are available for an additional fee. Late
night / Saturday is $50 additional and Sunday is $100 additional.

Your delivery day will be scheduled the week preceding your event. A specific time for
delivery cannot be provided without prior arrangements and is subject to additional fees.

Items will be dropped off before the specified set-up time and picked up anytime after the
pre-arranged tear down time as indicated on your contract. Should items not be torn down at
time of pickup, there will be an additional service fee.

Standard delivery fee includes drop off to the door or driveway and placement of items on
level ground no further than 50ft. from the delivery truck, unless your order includes a canopy
with set-up by A-1. Otherwise special arrangements must be made in advance.

Unless set-up and tear-down service have been purchased, items must be in the same
location/condition as they were when dropped off. Items on a pallet must be placed back on
the pallet in the same order as received to avoid a packing service charge.

All rental items not returned on time will be charged 50 % of its rental value.

Any rental items not picked up will be charged 10% for staging fee.
