Self Storage Storage Containers	TERMS & CONDITIONS * Minimum rental required is equal to the current month    pro-rated plus the next month. * Deposit is equal to one months rent. * Thirty days written notice is required prior to moving out,    or the deposit is not refunded. * Rent is due by the 15th of each month, or the customer is    charge a $20.00 late fee. * Returned check fee is $25.00. * Thirty days late rent is considered abandonment. If    abandoned the property will be removed and liquidated. * Return of the deposit will be made by check, and mailed    within thirty days after close of the contract. * Minimum two months rent is required for all storage containers. * Delivery of storage containers is one-way only, container    must be stored at the customer's site. * Towing charges are calculated as such: $20.00 for loading    and unlaoding plus $3.00 per mile.
